Flourish 2021
You are invited to join the Flourish 2021 coaching program. A women's discipleship program with Dr. Althea Penn. Each weekly
session will empower you to thrive spirit, soul, and body. Members participate in a 10-15 minute devotional and 10 minute
toning stretch program each Monday morning at 5 a.m. Founding members of this personal growth membership program have access
to live videoconferences and audio for one year.
Become a founding member for only $139 annually! The founding membership price will be set at the lowest membership price
ever. Flourish 2021 is a personal growth coaching program that will enable you to grow and achieve your personal as well as
professional goals. You must register with your name, business name, and email address to be able to gain access (via www.paypal.me/PennConsulting).
Your login credentials will be emailed to you on January 3, 2021. Dr. Penn will share truths to anchor and nourish your soul
as well as challenge you to set and achieve audacious goals, in the midst of crisis.

Each session will end with ten minutes of toning stretches which: 1) Increase blood flow and clarify thinking, 2) Keep muscles
flexible and strong, 3) Reduce fatigue and enhance mood, 4) Reduce stress and muscle tension, 5) Improve balance, muscle coordination,
and posture, 6) Decrease the risk of repetitive use disorders, 7) Decrease the risk of musculoskeletal injury, and 8) Improve
productivity. Choose to flourish in every area of your life.

Our sessions provide you with the tools and techniques necessary to help your organization achieve greater results. Professional
and personal growth involves asking the right questions, gaining perspective, self-evaluation, strategic planning, and employing
research proven best practices.
Each session lasts one hour and includes:

challenges and opportunities
o Oral and written feedback

Althea Penn is a seasoned early educator and program administrator who is skilled in the craft of teaching, creative in problem-solving,
keenly observant, able to guide others in reflective practice, and flexible in relating to other adults. She enjoys introducing
clients to new instructional, management, and/or leadership strategies. She talks openly and directly with early educators
and directors about their work, helps them improve their skills in interacting with children, families, and colleagues, while
providing insightful information, resources, and feedback. She has over thirty years of experience in program administration
and teaching young children, expertise in mentoring, and a command of relevant skills and knowledge to share with her protégés
about education administration, pedagogy, and how children learn.

Terms and Conditions
Coaching Policies and Client Agreement
Confidentiality:
Thank you for seeking coaching from Penn Consulting. As a counselor/coach, we understand that trust and security are important
to the process of guidance in which our clients are engaged. We assure you that your confidentiality is upheld to the highest
degree and that Penn Consulting; its representatives and/or employees will not disclose any of your personal information to
any third party, without your written consent.
Client Privileges and Responsibilities:
For our work to be successful, it is important that you be willing to do your part by attending sessions, completing assignments,
and working on building the relationship and vocation you desire. In so doing, we ask that you:
1. Be honest, open, and willing to share your concerns.
2. Ask questions when you don’t understand or need clarification.
3. Keep appointments whenever possible and cancel in writing (email or text are acceptable) within 24 hours prior to your
appointment.
Payment Information:
The fee for a one-time coaching session is $80/hour. Payment is due in advance in order to book the appointment. Cancellations
made less than 24 hours in advance are not refundable. Whenever you set an appointment we reserve that specific time for you.
Consequently, we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy, but must adhere to this policy, except for emergencies.
This is not intended to be in any way uncaring or harsh, but is a business reality. Thank you for understanding and for agreeing
to these terms.
Professional Services Agreement:
I do voluntarily agree to participate in the assessment, counseling and/or coaching as offered by Penn Consulting. Counselors
and coaches of Penn Consulting practice are credentialed in family development, professional development, child development,
education administration, and organization development, with at least a graduate degree, and a minimum of 20 years of related
experience. Our counselors/coaches do not practice as state Licensed Professional Counselors and do not diagnose mental illnesses
or disorders, nor prescribe treatment for the same. I acknowledge that no guarantees have been made to me regarding the outcome
of my sessions. I hereby agree to hold Penn Consulting, and its representatives, harmless from any disputes, claims, liabilities
or expenses which could arise from such services. I understand my rights and responsibilities as stated in this agreement.
I have read and agree to the information as stated in this document, and by my payment, I accept all the terms and conditions
